However, when asked previously about Ronaldo joining Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel said “I would not rule out signing another striker, but it’s not our priority. The priority right now is our defence, it’s not a secret”

According to Tuchel “We lost top players and so now we need to replace them”

As it stands now, Thomas Tuchel has decided against Cristiano Ronaldo joining Chelsea this summer.

Earlier, Jorge Mendes had talks with Todd Boehly but it appears the final decision has always been up to the manager. And at this point Chelsea are now focused on different deals as Tuchel is not keen on signing Cristiano Ronaldo. However, according to reports in Portugal, a club from Saudi Arabia has made a proposal of €30M to Manchester United for Cristiano Ronaldo.

The player has a 2 year contract worth €250M waiting for him. If the contract goes Successfully, Jorge Mendes as the agent would receive a fee of €20M for making the deal happen.

Currently, Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 815 goals at the age of 37.

When he was about 28 years old, he had 339 career goals. Meaning that he scored a whooping 476 goals in a space of 9 years when most players are retiring at his age.

Most football fans believe Cristiano Ronaldo is the all time world best player comparing him side by side with Lionel Messi.

According to his former teammate, Patrice Evra,: “Cristiano’s a machine. He was playing table tennis and Rio Ferdinand beat him & we were all screaming. Ronaldo was so upset. Then he sent his cousin to buy a table tennis. He trained for two weeks and came back & beat Rio in front of everyone. That’s Cristiano.”
