Mercy Aigbe’s new husband, Kazim Adeoti finally speaks, discloses his affair with the actress first husband, Lanre Gentry
The Nollywood actress and her husband, Kazim Adeoti are popularly known as Adekaz, have dissipated claims that they were friends with each other’s ex-partners before they became an item.
It can be recollected that the couple made their marriage public on Sunday, January 23, and momentarily after a photo of them posing with Mercy’s ex-husband, Lanre Gentry, and Adekaz’s alienated wife, Funsho Adeoti, emerged online.
Gentry reposted the picture on his Instagram page with a figurative caption. He wrote, “At last I thank God the truth is out this is just one out of many to God be the glory. I don’t need anyone’s comment please.”

This raised speculations that both couples were friends, and Mercy was bashed on social media for allegedly snatching her friends’ husband
However, the couple has not debunked the claims through a source close to them.
According to the source, Kazim Adeoti and Lanre Gentry were never friends and only met at Kazim’s 40th birthday party 10 years ago.
Mercy was invited to the party alongside others in the Yoruba movie industry, and took her husband at the time, Lanre Gentry, along.
They were said to have posed together for the photograph which is currently circulating online. The source also shared pictures Adekaz and his estranged wife took with other Yoruba celebrities at the party.
According to the source, Mercy Aigbe was also never friends with Adekaz’s estranged wife, Funsho.
Adding that Mercy and Adekaz began their relationship years after her split from Lanre Gentry and Adekaz had also separated from his estranged wife for a long time which Merch had no hand in.
