Chief Press Secretary of Kogi state, Onogwu Muhammed stated on Monday that Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello has signed five Bills into law.
Onogwu, in a statement, praised Governor Bello for signing several bills into law, including establishing a health science and technology college, providing for the retirement of teachers, establishing a roads fund management board, and allowing the peaceful celebration of cultural festivals. The bills aim to advance cultural development, maintain peace and security, and manage the development of roads in Kogi State. Governor Bello emphasized the importance of the bills in improving rural infrastructure and transforming the state. He praised the Kogi State House of Assembly for their exceptional performance and commended the state Attorney General for ensuring compliance with existing laws.
