Bandit terrorists had on Monday evening attacked a Kaduna-bound train with explosives and gunfire, killing eight people, injuring many, and abducting others.
During Tuesday’s plenary, Hon Nnaji Nnolim moved a motion of urgent public importance following the recent invasion of the Kaduna airport on Saturday and the attack on the train.
Contributing to the motion, Hon Aminu Suleiman condemned the train attack in its entirety, adding that the bandits have taken the killings to the sovereignty of the country, far beyond what Nigerians can comprehend.
He urged the House to ensure that the attacks do not happen again and the lawmakers should hold someone responsible for the attacks.
