GFF holds inter- school debate competition: St.Monica emerge winner
St.Monica girls grammar school edge past St.Joseph in an inter-school debate competition organized by GFF (Gbenga Fawehinmi Foundation) .

The debate which took place at the premises of Independence Grammar School Ondo, Along – Ondo -Ore Road Ondo City was on the topic: Should Voting Age Be Lower To 16
After representatives of both schools argued for and against at the last round of the debate, the judges pronounced St.Monica winner of the competition with 78% while St.Joseph garnered 67%.
Barr.Gbenga Fawehinmi is the founder of GFF who organized the competition through the the program manager Mr.Joshua Aremu, said it was organized to train students in public schools to be vocal and know their worth because they are essential as leaders of tomorrow.
Mr.Banji Fawehinmi Chief Executive Officer of the organization commended the participants/representatives of all school presentts for their performance, urge them to show their respective skills as GFF is ready to give them platform to raise to stardom.

In his maiden speech he highlight what GFF stands for which are eradication of illiteracy and putting students on scholarship scheme.
Other schools who participated in the competition are;
St.Helens who came distance third , CAC grammar school, St, Ambrose, St.James, Holy Trinity and the host school Independence Grammar School.
