Unhappy news broke out on Sunday morning in Abia state, regarding the death of Mrs. Felicia Wabara.
It was known that the deceased was the wife of Sen. Adolphus Ndaneweh Wabara, a former President of the Nigerian House of Senate.
Mrs. Wabara’s passing away was made public by Emmanuel Shebbs, the Secretary of Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia state.

In a statement made available to newsmen in Umuahia on Monday morning, Emmanuel Shebbs confirmed that Mrs. Wabara gave up the ghost in the early hours of Sunday, 10th April 2022.
The wife of the former Senate president died at the age of 69 after battling a protracted illness.
Late Mrs. Felicia Wabara is an indigene of Ogwa, in Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State, and was married to Senator Wabara Adolphus for 40 years.
