EPL: Guardiola Hails Man City’s New Recruit
Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola, has identified a top class young player in his current squad.
The Spanish gaffer believes that new signing, Julian Alvarez will become one of his team’s top stars following the player’s impressive debut against Club America last night.
According to Guardiola, Alvarez is a similar player to Gabriel Jesus, who departed the Etihad for Arsenal this summer.

“Julian was incredible, defensively he is quite similar like Gabriel (Jesus),” Guardiola told newsmen.
“We have the feeling we signed a top-class young player for the next years to come, and we are delighted.”
