The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) are restricted from going on strike as scheduled on Wednesday until the National Industrial Court rules on the motion on notice.

The order was made today by Justice O. Y. Anuwe, who also postponed additional hearings until June 19.

A Chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bayo Onanuga revealed this in a court document that he posted on his Twitter profile on Monday, June 5.
